Most weekends looked the same from the outside. Show up, set up, shoot, edit, deliver. But at the volume Adrenaline operates, there's no room for a bad day.

Over 18 months I covered more than 10 national tournament weekends, managing up to five concurrent projects every week across multiple states. The job required fast turnarounds, sharp organization, and the ability to find a compelling story in a field full of kids playing lacrosse under the midday sun.

What I took away from this contract was something I don't think you can learn anywhere else. When you're producing at that volume, under those conditions, week after week, you get very good at knowing what matters and cutting everything that doesn't. That discipline shows up in every project I take on now.
